Kurt Heinemann is a Mechanical Engineer, PSU class of 1998. After graduation, I moved to Texas and quickly became a member of the North Texas Alumni Chapter. In 2007, I was elected the PSU North Texas chapter VP and served as VP for 16 years until I moved to Florida.  In 2024, I was elected to the board and became the VP of Greater Tampa chapter.  Outside the office, Kurt enjoys board games, swimming, and having a great time with friends.

My favorite Penn State memory is the very first football game I attended as a freshman. I grew up in the State College area, but I never truly understood Penn State football until that day. As I made the trek up the side of Beaver Stadium and crossed over the threshold, I caught my first glimpse of the field—and I was completely awestruck.
The sea of blue and white, the energy, the tradition… I fell in love instantly. No matter how many games I’ve attended since, every time I walk into Beaver Stadium feels just like that first moment. There is simply nothing else like a Penn State home game. 💙🤍🦁
